The annual Apple Blossom Festival is a tradition here, with its festival queen, parade and carnival, and Williamson is the home of Spencer Speedway, one of the only racetracks in the area. Mott’s, which makes apple sauce, apple juice and other apple products, is based in Williamson. There are several farm markets here, as well as restaurants such as Orbaker’s Drive-In (open since 1932) and Bad to the Bone Bar-B-Q, both on Route 104. The Williamson Central School District serves residents who live here.
